There is nothing quite like checking on my kids at night and seeing their sleepy, messy heads. It makes my heart nearly burst with love. The day is over. All of the chaos that occurred earlier in the day is gone. The house is quiet and still. They are safe in their beds. They look so peaceful and innocent.
